For the billionaire, the most important trait a person must have to join his company is integrity. So how do you actually know who has the right character?

Practice What You Say

People with high integrity make sure they deliver their promises. They know when to take the blame and they know when not to. Standing by what you believe in doesn’t mean you are stubborn, so long as you are open to others’ opinions as well.
